Welcome to Northern Beaches Hydrotherapy. By booking or attending our hydrotherapy classes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully before using our services. These Terms of Service are subject to change, and updates will be reflected on our website.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All classes and packages must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking platform or by contacting us directly.
  • Payment confirms your spot in the class. Spaces are limited, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Packages (e.g., 5-class passes) are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customers

  • To receive a full refund or class credit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will not be refunded or credited unless due to exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for Packages

  • No refunds will be provided for unused sessions in a package unless required by law.
  • If you are unable to continue due to medical reasons, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

Cancellations by Northern Beaches Hydrotherapy

  • If we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or credit for that session.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Hydrotherapy classes are designed to support wellness and rehabilitation but are not a substitute for medical treatment. Participation in classes is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional to determine if hydrotherapy is suitable for you. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or other concerns before participating in classes.

5. Safety and Conduct

  • Follow the instructions of our physiotherapists at all times to ensure a safe experience.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn during classes.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

6. Liability

Northern Beaches Hydrotherapy will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes unless caused by negligence on our part. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care of your belongings.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Information provided to us, including health details, will be used solely for booking and class management purposes.
